THIS NOTICE SUPERSEDES THE TOPS UPGRADE NOTICE ORIGINALLY ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 3, 2005.

As you were previously informed, CME’s deadline for upgrading its TOPS infrastructure to enhance TOPS connectivity and efficiency, by installing a new SNA Gateway, is fast approaching. The deadline is Saturday, April 30, 2005.
